One Word

A new year is a great time to regain clarity and focus!  And how appropriate for 2020!  Instead of resolutions that most often don't stick, consider a ONE WORD goal. ⁣

Choose a word that can be used to enrich different areas of your life such as:

  • physical
  • mental
  • social
  • family
  • spiritual
  • financial
  • career

It is so much more encompassing to apply one word to our daily actions and thoughts than to carry out a single resolution that is usually long forgotten by summer. Consider your word in the context of “to be” rather than “to do”.⁣

We look forward to hearing what some of your One Word choices are!  Let us know!
