When working from a desk for long periods of time it is common to find yourself in a hunched forward posture by the end of the day. This can put strain on your body and lead to that sore mid-upper back feeling many of us are familiar with.
The aim of this posture is to put your body in the opposite position! This gives those muscles on your front a much needed stretch and strengthens your back muscles to help you maintain good posture.
Hold this position and breathe for 10 seconds. Repeat frequently throughout your day.
