Summer is the perfect time to embrace the outdoors - whether you're bikING, swimING, campING, hikeING, kayakING, walkING, runING, golfING. Biking - Adjust your seat and handlebars to support good posture and reduce neck and lower back strain.

Camping - Use a supportive sleeping mat or pillow to protect your spine while sleeping on the ground.
Hiking - Wear proper footwear and use trekking poles to reduce pressure on knees and hips.
Kayaking - Keep your core engaged and switch paddling sides often to avoid back and shoulder fatigue.
Walking/Running - Stretch calves, hamstrings and glutes, especially if you are running longer distances.
Golfing - Loosen up with spinal twists and hip stretches before your game to improve swing motion.
